Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit, intents to award a Sole Source firm fixed price purchase order to Central Washington University for the preparation of a breakwater feasibility study/report for aquatic habitat restoration at Lake Poygan, Wisconsin. This sole source award will be made to ensure specific knowledge, skills and expertise will be utilized. The researchers, who have collected extensive data on the upriver lakes, will be using techniques they have developed with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR). This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes.
