Description

This project consists of the completion of an existing ground water well (including submersible pump, drop pipe, pitless adapter, and electrical), construction of a new well pump house, chemical feed system, piping, controls, and instrumentation, obliteration of 3 existing wells and well houses, inspection and rehabilitation of an existing concrete water tank with a new 15,000 gallon fiberglass underground storage tank, new distribution lines, valves, and valve boxes, drain lines, temporary water supply system, quality control, erosion control, seeding and mulching for the Shadow Mountain Village. This project is located in Granby, Colorado, approximately 1 mile west along State Highway 40 to the intersection with State Highway 34. Travel north along State Highway 34, approximately 11 miles to the intersection with Forest Development Road 247 (Grand County Road 66). Travel approximately 1/10 mile to the Shadow Mountain Village (Project Location). The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The recommended contract time on the project is 120 days.
