Description

Work under this project consist of removing existing asphalt shingles on three buildings and install new asphalt shingles. Removing existing built up roofing down to existing rigid insulation and install new granulated modified bitumen roofing material on two buildings as per plans and specifications. Total cost of construction is estimated between $100,000 and $275,000. This project is to be completed no later than 120 days from the Notice To Proceed. Bids to be opened 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 11, 2001 in the Branch of Contracts, Southern Plains Regional Office. Parties interested in submitting a bid may request a bid packet as of June 11, 2001 in writing or by fax from the number listed above.
