Description

Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, = equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary for replacing = street lights within Shiloh family housing and repairing street lights = within Galaxy housing, at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items = of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Remove = all existing street lights and install new fixtures and poles at Shiloh = housing, and straighten and anchor existing street lights in Galaxy = housing. All work required by the plans and specifications shall be = accomplished by the contractor even though minor items required may not = be specifically mentioned in the above listing. This is a Request for = Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There = will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the " Best = Value" to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The government = reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. = The Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This = procurement action herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time = for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. = The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps which can be = accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov. The Government will not provide paper = copies of the solicitation and planholder list. Telephone, written, = facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package and = planholder list will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register = at www. fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes = to the solicitation.
