Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Rock Springs Wild Horse Holding Facility, has a requirement for 1900 tons of hay, first cutting of 1999 crop, with 20% grass, (i.e. timothy, brome or orchard), leaf to stem ratio of 50:50. The hay is to be used for domestic animals and shall be free of noxious weeds and other contaminants. Hay transported from outside Wyoming must have a Certificate from the state of origin stating that the hay is free from noxious weeds and other contaminants. It shall be baled in either medium or small rectangular size, not to exeed 900 lbs per bale. Round bales are not acceptable. Delivery under this contract is located in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
