Description

Firms who are eligible under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and are 51% owned,operated, and controlled businesses to conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control for the Branch of Environmental Services. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office intends to solicit bids/proposals for the Bureau, hired contractors (Second Party), Quality Assurance/Quality Control, (third party) sampling and testing of environmental media. The urgent need for and short notices are given to contractor to perform and be prepared to go to job sites anywhere within the Navajo Indian Reservation in the States of Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah; Chinle, Arizona being the central area of the Navajo Indian Reservation and performance shall be within 400 mile radius of Chinle, Arizona. Educational facilities are operated by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, P. L. 93-638, P. L. 100-297, Tribally operated facilities, BIA Administrative Offices in five Agencies including Shiprock, Western Navajo, Eastern Navajo, Chinle, and Ft. Defiance Agencies.
