Description

The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) requires = a contractor to perform Real Estate Sales Closing Attorney Services for = the sales of its single family properties (1 to 4 units) located in the = State of Rhode Island. Sales must be closed within a stipulated = time-frame and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. = Complete closing packages must be submitted to HUD or HUD?s designated = contractor no later than the second business day after closing. The = contractor must be a member of the Rhode Island Bar and have an office = located in the State. The contract will be for a one year base period = with two (2) one year option periods. This solicitation is set aside = for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification Code = is 541990 with a size standard of $5 million dollars average annual = sales. Proposals will rated on Technical Merit. The RFP will be = available on or about 15 days after this notice is printed in the = Commerce Business Daily.
