Description

Red Rock is soliciting proposals on full and open competitive bidding from qualified contractors to provide a turn key operation of this project. 1. The work to be performed involves construction of a pre-engineered metal building with 7200 square feet. 2. Work includes site grading, sewer, water, electrical and fuel services to the building, concrete footing/foundation/slab, interior partitions and finishes, lighting and plumbing. 3. A MANDATORY WALK THROUGH for the project will be held on June 29, 2001 at 10 AM. 4. The construction bid package including specifications and drawings will be provided at the walk through only. 5. Estimated price between $250,000 and $500,000.
