Approved sources are: LJS Enterprises DBA Fabco CAGE 9Z687; Bandy Hinge Inc CAGE 22716 and Cyclone Aviation Ltfd CAGE S5503. Alternate offerors must provide , with the completed solicitation package, technical data in accordance with Clauses (L54) 52.217-9002 Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items and (L58)52.217-9G04 Flight Safety Critical Part, Critical Application, Item Documentation Requirements. No electronic offers will be accepted. This solicitation is anticipated to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base plus four option years. Government First Article Test Requirements apply.
