- The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract, for the Country of Spain and the Spanish Air Force, with AAI/ACL Technologies of Brea CA, for one each Diesel Hydraulic Test Stand and one each Electric Hydraulic Test Stand. Neither the U.S. Government, the Government of Spain nor the Spanish Air Force has the specifications, data or drawings needed for the production and testing of these slings.
