This is a restricted requirement to, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter and Fenn Manufacturing Co.(82001) This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The required delivery when First Article Testing is applicable is 11 each 345 Days After Contract Award and 11 each the following month. The First Article Test Report is due 218 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery without First Article Testing is 11 each 230 Days After Contract Award and 11 each the following month. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above.
