Description

1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) PR Number F4AMSS10080100. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. 4) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 9330 with a small business size standard of $5,000,000. 5) This synopsis/solicitation contains ONE (1) contract line item numbers (CLIN). ALL EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED WILL PROVIDE ROLLERS AND BALLS TO BE 4? ABOVE FINISHED FLOOR HEIGHT WITH THE USE OF UP TO ?? SHIMS UNDER THE FRAME OF THE CONVEYORS.BALLS, ROLLERS, BEARING AND AXLES WILL BE ZINC PLATED.ALL OTHER COMPONENTS WILL BE GALVANIZED.ROLLERS ARE 2.56? DIAMETER X .180 THICK X 6? BOARD FEET SPACED ON 6? CENTERS WITH B1060-1 BEARING. BEARING HAS A CAPACITY OF 610 LBS. CONVEYOR FRAMES ARE 3? X 2? x 3/8? ANGLE PUNCHED ON 6? CENTER FOR 11/16? HEX AXLES. BALL TRANSFERS ARE 1? BALLS (100 LBS CAPACITY) ON 8 X 8 ? CENTERS. BALL TRANSFERS MOUNT RAILS AND CONVEYOR RAILS WILL HAVE ?? HOLES DRILLED FOR LAGGING TO FLOOR.DECK PLATES WILL HAVE HOLES CORRECTLY CUT TO PROVIDE POSITIONING OF BALL TRANSFERS. ALL ITMES WILL BE ASSEMBLED, FITTED FOR CORRECT POSITIONING OF BALL TRANSFER AND ROLLERS THEN DISSEMBLED FOR SHIPPING. DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS AND DRAWINGS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR INSTALLATION OF THE SYSTEMS. QUOTE HAS BEEN UPDATED TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL 15? OF CONVEYOR, 18.5? OF GUIDE RAILS AND 44 SQUARE FEET OF BALL TRANSFER AREA. THE USING ORGANIZATION WILL INSTALL THIS SYSTEM. REQUESTED BIDS ARE FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THE ABOVE NAMED ASSEMBLY (JOB) ONLY. Line item pricing must include delivery to Hickam AFB, HI. Quotations must include: Line item pricing, Delivery date, Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number and CAGE Code 6) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition without addenda. 7) A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued based upon price. 8) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, with offer. 9) The clause at FAR 52,212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. 10) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
