Description

NSN 5895-01-390-0524, A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC). This action is for a basic quantity of 11 AN/TPQ-36(V)8 Radar Set Kits and associated spares. There are three options, for a total of 28 additional Kits and associated spares. Fielding and engineering support will be obtained on a Time and Material basis. The configuration of the AN/TPQ-36(V)8 was solely developed by NGSC. Only NGSC as the prior developer and manufacturer possesses the essential technical background and experience for this effort. The Government does not possess fully validated competitive Technical Data Package for this effort. The AN/TPQ-36(V)8 Radar Set Kit is a mortar locating radar system.
