NSN: 5977-01-315-1348, PN: 7-311527068-21, Quantity 292 each min/532 each max, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the APACHE. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 and Litton Systems Inc., DBA Litton Poly-Scientific, 1213 N Main Street, Blacksburg, VA 24060. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. The required delivery is 26 each 120 DACA and 26 each month thereafter until completion. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
