Description
ERROR -- RATED CAPACITY: 120VAC, MINIMUM OF 5.25 WATTS/FOOT BULB LIFE : MINIMUM 20,000 HOURS OVERALL LENGTH: 150 FOOT CORD ROPE LIGHTING FLXIBLE CORD COLOR: CLEAR ROPE LIGHTING BULB COLOR: CLEAR ROPE LIGHT ASSEMBLY: FLEXIBLE PVC TUBE, SOLID COIL, TUBE DIAMETER MINIMUM ONE HALF INCH, SINGLE CHANNEL, END CAP ON ONE END, POWER SUPPLY CORD ON OPPOSITE END. THE POWER SUPPLY CORD SHALL BE 12/3 AWG INSULATED AND CAPABLE OF HANDLING 20 AMPS, 120 VAC, TWO-FOUR FEET LONG WITH A DURALINE 3MT20 MALE CONNECTOR (120 VAC, 25 AMP) PERMANENTLY MOLDED ONTO THE END. THE POWER SUPPLY CORD SHALL BE PERMENENTLY MOLDED THE ROPE LIGHT. THE GREEN WIRE (GROUND) IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE ROPE LIGHT. THE TWO CONDUCTORS IN THE ROPE LIGHT SHALL BE 12 AWG WIRE. STAMPED DATA: THE CONNECTOR SHALL BE EMBOSSED WITH THE COMPANY NAME, PRODUCT MODEL NUMBER, ELECTRICAL RATINGS IN VOLTS AND AMPRES, QUARTER AND YEAR OF MANUFACTURE, COLORS OF PIN TERMINALS AND THE OUTSIDE LABORATORY LOGO. DEVICES INTENDED FOR DISCONNECT USE ONLY ARE MARKED "DO NOT PULL UNDER LOAD". APPLICABLE INSTRUCTION BULLETINS RELATED TO EACH COMPONENT ARE NOTED AS ARE THE WORDS "OUTDOOR USE". SAMPLE: A SAMPLE IS REQUIRED FOR EVALUATION BY NNSY FOR POSSIBLE DESTRUCTIVE TESTING. OUTSIDE LABORATORY APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS: IN ACCORDANCE WITH NNSY OCCUPATIONAL, SFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT, THE ROPE LIGHTING ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY MUST BE TESTED AND APPROVED BY A RECOGNIZED LABORATORY (UL, FM, CSA, OR ETL) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LIGHTING IN TEMPORARY WIRING INSTALLATIONS IN BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LOCATIONS. IN ADDITION, THE ROPE LIGHTING MUST BE RATED FOR USE IN AN INDUSTRIAL MARINE ENVIRONMENT. THE ROPE LIGHTING ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY IS NOT INTENDED TO BE CONNECTED/DISCONNECTED UNDER ELECTRICAL LOAD (RATED "NOT FOR CURRENT INTERRUPTION") THE DURLINE 3MT20 (1220 VAC, 25 A) MALE PLG IS INTENDED TO MATE WITH THE DURALINE 3RT20D (120 VAC, 20 A) FEMALE RECEPTACLE ON A LIGHTING DISTRIBUTION BOX (LIGHTING CAN). TEST REPORT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH BID. THE ROPE LIGHTING ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY CONSISTS OF THE ROPE LIGHT WITH THE TWO-FOUR FOOT LONG POWER SUPPLY CORD WITH A DURALINE 3MT20 (120 VAC, 25a) CONNECTOR PERMANENTLY MOLDED ONTO THE END OF THE POWER CORD. ESTIMATED FIRST YEAR ANNUAL VOLUME: 813 -- 150 FOOT LONG ROPE LIGHT ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLIES. NOTE AFTER THE FIRST YEAR THE ANNUAL VOLUME WOULD BE EXPECTED TO DROP TO APPROXIMATELY ONE-THIRD THE FIRST YEAR ANNUAL VOLUME.
