Description

A. See Note 1. DESC: Belt, High Visibility (lime yellow), NSN: 8465-01-225-4661. Specification: YAGC 90-5. Minimum quantity for base year ordering period is 55,000 each; the maximum quantity for the base year ordering period is 85,000 each. There are two term year options with the same minimum and maximum quantities as the base year. Destinations: SC0102 -- Lion Vallen Industries, Suffolk, VA and SW3218 -- Defense Distribution Depot, San Diego, CA. 12 deliveries will be required (to each destination) beginning 60 -- 390 days after date of award. FOB Destination. In accordance with FAR 15.101-2(b) (1), award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards or non cost factors. This will be a Lowest-Price-Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection in accordance with 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items. The solicitation will also include the clause 52.211-6 (Brand Name or Equal) in accordance with part numbers, 1. F0550 -- Sayre Enterprises or 2. 26 BVA-20 -- Reflect-A-Life, Inc. Submission of a First Article will be required. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216/home at time of solicitation issuance. From the Gateway homepage, select "select RFP's" from the right hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFP's are in portable document format. In order to download and view these documents you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. In addition, to receive E-Mail Notification of Solications you must register with the user profile feature of the Gateway.
