Description

The purpose of this modification is to change the FAC number stated in the synopsis, change the estimated release date for the draft RFP, change the date for receipt of industry comments/suggestions for improvement and change the date for release of the final RFP, as follows: 1. The provisions and clauses in the RFP are those in effect through FAC 97.25 in lieu of FAC 97.21. 2. The anticipated release date of draft RFP 1-064-RE.1025 is changed from "on or about May 23, 2001" to "on or about June 12, 2001, with comments/suggestions for improvement due changed from "on or about June 8,2001" to "on or about June 29, 2001". 3. The anticipated release date for the final RFP is changed from "on or about June 29, 2001" to "on or about July 6, 2001".
