The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure on a Sole SOurce basis Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM) Software Upgrades. The software will be used onboard the USS Seawolf (SSN-21). Any responsible source may submit a request to receive a solicitation package. All requests must be in writing.
