Description

GSA/FTS, Region 5 is announcing its intent to issue a procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for a sole source acquisition to ENVIRON International Corporation, 101 Rowland Way, Novato, CA 94945-5010. Work being accomplished includes contractor support for programming and data analysis work on its Nonroad Emissions Model. This is a short term effort with future work to be awarded competitively. This requirement is identified by reference Number GS05T01BQ0007. NAICS Code 541511 applies with a size standard of $18.0. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals by the designed response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
