Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, propose to negotiate a sole source contract with Monitor Systems Inc. for enhancements to the Construction Battalion Construction Management software. Contractor is a minority owned small business that has developed the CBCM software over the past eight years. The effort requires knowledge of advanced construction management techniques, NCF construction operations, database applications integration and web based technologies. The developer must specifically have extensive experience with CBCM 6.0 in order to expedite the proposed changes. The existing source code will not be released by the developer of CBCM 6.0. No other source can complete the effort without substantial duplication of effort and cost. Anticipated award date July 2, 2001. See Note 22.
