Description

The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract with Thermo Elemental of Franklin MA. This requirement is being procured for the Government of Kuwait under an FMS case. This requirement is for Calibration, optical up-grade, repairs of and training on equipment previously procured from Thermo Elemental. The Government of the United States as well as the Government of Kuwait do not have the specifications, data nor drawing for these tasks. All of the necessary data, specifications and drawings are proprietary to Thermo Elemental.
