Provide residential Alcohol/Substance Abuse Services for the eligible Native American Indian women residing in Alameda and Oakland Counties in California. This acquisition is restricted to an urban Indian organization in accordance with Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act. This acquisition is restricted to Friendship House Association of American Indians, Inc. No requests for the solicitation package will be honored.
