Provide residential Alcohol/Substance Abuse Services for the Native American Indian population residing in San Francisco County in California. In accordance with Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, this acquisition is restricted to Friendship House Association of American Indians, Inc. No requests for the solicitation package will be honored.
