Description

17. The VA VISN 22 Network Business Center intends to procure services under a commercial contract (FAR Part 12)that provides for a certified Retinal Angiographer with a minimum of two years experience as an Ophthalmic Photographer. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Retinal Angiography is to be accomplished by Flourescein Angiography, when Flourescein is injected into the vein and pictures of the eye are taken to assist in the diagnosis of eye disease. Retinal Angiography services are required for two (2) half days per week, four (4) hours each visit at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073, and two (2) half days per month at the VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center, 351 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. This will be a one (1) year contract. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 21, 2001.
