Description

Services of an Orthopedic Surgeon to provide the following services to patients with Hansen's Disease at the National Hansen's Disease Programs, Baton Rouge LA. Patient examinations, diagnostic and pre-op clinics, make recommendations for treatment of orthopedic problems, perform Orthopedic surgery and post-op follow ups as well as written reports and/or oral dictation. Physician visits shall be required two days each week and emergency calls. The contract will be for a 12-month period, with two one-year options, beginning October 1, 2001.
