Description

Item 0001: Radiation Tolerant Microelectronics Support Program (RTMSP). The contractor shall develop solutions to the reliability, maintainability, obsolscence, availability, supportability, capability and performance needs or deficiencies of items that range in complexity using US Patent Nos 6,094,066 and 6,127,864. The contractor shall perform engineering studies, fabricate and test prototype radiation hardened/tolerent and space qualified electronic devices. This action will be an ID/IQ contract for five years. This action is sole source to the patent holder: Mission Research Corporation of Albuquerque, NM 87110. Statutory Authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR Part 6.302-1. See Notes 22 and 26.
