Description

The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), 3601 S. 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85723, requires hazardous waste (non-radioactive chemical) removal and disposal. The waste will typically consist of batteries, paints, flammable liquids, various dry chemicals, etc. Solicitation packages will be available approximately 6/14/01 and may be downloaded from the internet at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm; any amendment to the solicitation will be available at the same URL and offerors will be responsible for obtaining amendments. Written proposals will be due approximately 7/17/01. The contract shall be for a base year with 4 one year option renewals. The applicable NAICS code is 562211. See note(s) #1.
