Description

Janitorial services starting July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2001, with four one-year option periods, total duration not to exceed five years, for the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge. Approximate areas include: Refuge headquarters (4000sf), Subsistence Office (3500sf), Bunkhouse (1300sf), and public restrooms. Duties include but are not limited to: emptying trash, clean and sanitize restrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, dust mopping, cleaning of windows, strip and re-wax of floors, and carpet shampooing.
