Description

This acquisition is to plan and deliver a "train the trainer" workshop using "Para-Educators: Lifelines in the Classroom" curriculum modules to teams from the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Northwest Region and Billings area tribal schools during the 2001-2002 school year. This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded to the University of Idaho, Center on Disabilities & Human Development, based on their extensive experience (over 10 years) and background knowledge that they have with working with these BIA schools, as well as their expertise and knowledge of the subject curriculum. Any offeror who is interested this acquisition will be required to submit to the Contracting Officer a qualification package stating their qualifications and experiences in working with Para-Educators in BIA schools.
