Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida has a requirement for lodging and meals to be provided for the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center in Marietta, Georgia. This requirement is for a base year with two one-year options. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price, requirements type contract. These services will be required two weekends per month for drilling reservists. Interested companies should be able to provide approximately 55 rooms on a drill weekend and approximately 40 hot breakfast and dinner meals. Hotel must also have a conference room capable of holding 25-30 people, available one weekend a month. The hotel must also have an on-site restaurant and be within a 15 minute drive of the Naval & Marine Corps Reserve Center. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721110 and the corresponding size standard is $5.0 million. This procurement is being processed under FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program.
