Description

HQ AMC/DOYAS plans to issue multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for domestic express delivery of small packages. Requirements for services will be written under the provisions of the General Service Administration's (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule and will include requirements particular to the Department of Defense (DOD). The BPAs will be for a term of one year, will be mandatory for DOD use, and offerors must be under contract to provide domestic express small package services under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule.
