Description

Th work consists of providing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and performing all operations necessary for complete installation of underground distribution system and interior electrical work. Interior electrical work will include providing a new main distribution panel (MDP) to replace existing switchboard. Rewiring a small office building for power, lights, and receptacles. Trenching to lay underground conduit and placing a duct bank. Removal and disposal of old equipment and aerial cables; Provide and test a new standby power generator set with an automatic transfer switch. All work shall be in accordance with the provisions of the plans and specifications. All systems shall be in excellent working order. Contractor shall obtain all permits necessary for the work to be completed. Contractor shall remove all construction debris and leave interior project area in clean condition. 100% small business set aside.
