Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) FIXED PRICE TASK ORDER CONTRACT (TOC). THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH, BETHESDA, MARYLAND plans to enter into a (TOC) for construction projects for small to medium sized ($100,001 to $750,000) alteration, repair and modernization projects on the NIH Campus in Bethesda,MD, the Animal Center in Poolesille, MD., and other NIH controlled Buildings in the Washington metropolitan and Baltimore area. This contract will generate firm fixed price task orders, similar to the Navy Task Order (TOC)and the Army Job Order Contract (JOC). This acquistion will include a base year and four potential option years, if exercised for a total duration of 60 months and an overall contract ceiling amount of $200 million. NIH will be publising an annoucement of its solicitation soon in the Commerce Business Daily.
