Description

The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove existing windows, overhead doors, walk doors, partition walls, asbestos floor tile, air conditioners, air conditioner hood housing, and electrical and communications wiring, conduit, and fixtures; relocate existing door; provide new windows, overhead doors, walk doors, partition walls, blocking and framing for existing windows, floor tile, exhaust system, air conditioning system, air conditioner wall enclosure, insulation, and electrical and communications wiring, conduit, and fixtures as called out in the specifications in three separate buildings at the Havre Substation in Hill County, Montana. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 23331. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis on or about June 22, 2001. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All work shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of a notice to proceed.
