Description

This synopsis is revised to change the period of performance as = follows: Basic Period (365 Calendar Days); First-Option Period (365 = calendar days); Second Option Period (183 calendar days); Third Option = Period (182 calendar days); Fourth Option Period (183 calendar days); = and Fifth Option Period (182 calendar days). This acquisition = includes, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, plant, = tools, transportation, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary = to repair/replace/install roofing. The buildings affected by this = contract are miscellaneous type buildings located at Randolph AFB TX, = Canyon Lake, Hondo Auxilary Airfield, Seguin Auxilary Airfield, Army & = Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) buildings, and schools located on = Randolph AFB, as well as all medical facilities. These buildings may = or may not be occupied. Work consists of, but is not limited to, = removing and disposing of existing, roofing, metal work, underlayment, = sheathing and wood members (if requested) including roll roofing, = asphalt shingles, built-up-roofing (BUR), clay tile and sheet metal = roofs and replace with new; replace existing sheet metal roofs with new = standing seam roofs; replace sheet decking, metalwork, items, wood = facia, roof framing, roof sheathing, and roof decking (wood and steel); = and, convert existing flat roof to pitched roofs using wood/metal = framing and metal covering. The Government intends to award an = Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with a basic period of = performance of one year and three one-year options. Type pricing = arrangement is firm, fixed price. This acquisition will be issued on = an unrestricted basis. The magnitude of this proposed project is = between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The SIC code is 1671. The = NAICS code is 235610. The small business size standard is $11.5 = Million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
