Description

The Government intends to award a Sole Source contract to Mason Electric Company Incorporated, San Fernando, CA, under the authority and justification for other than full and open competion of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
