NSN: 2840-01-192-7476, P/N 6047T95G03, REV "AH", PR No: ARG00272053500, maximum annual quantity (MAQ) 6760 each. Solicitation will include a quantity option for increase up to 100%. Origin inspection required. Critical application item. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. The approved sources are General Electric Co., Cage 99207, Ferrotherm Co., Cage 01993, Union Machine, Cage 51992, Walbar of Arizona, Cage 58586, and Johnson Technology, Cage 26199. Solicitation will be issued as small business set aside. Government First Article Test and CDRL (DD1423) apply. The required delivery schedule is 161 DARO for Stock and 30 DARO for DVD. Specification, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government on the NSN.
