Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. Solicitation 01SQ307930 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitaion document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334512. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. LINE ITEM 001: CARRIER ZONE CONTROLLER, P/N 33CSZC-01, 150 EACH. LINE ITEM 002: BYPASS CONTROLLER, P/N 33CSBC-01, 14 EACH. LINE ITEM 003: MONITOR CONTROLLER, P/N 33CSVMT-32, 14 EACH. LINE ITEM 004: STATIC PRESSURE SENSOR, P/N 33CSPS-02, 14 EACH. LINE ITEM 005: FABRICATE CONTROL PANEL, 3 EACH, PANEL WILL BE PREWIRED AND CONTAIN A CARRIER CC6400, 6400I/O CARRIER BRIDGE, TRANSFORMERS AND TERMINALS. THIS WILL REPLACE THE EXISTING PANEL. CONTRACTOR WILL ASSEMBLE AND INSTALL ALL CONTROL PANELS. LINE ITEM 006: CARRIER CONFORT VIEW, CE AS 130420-02, 1 EACH, INSTALL SOFTWARE AND PROVIDE TRAINING FOR THE SOFTWARE. ONLY CARRIER PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED-NO SUBSTITUTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXTEND TO THE GOVERNMENT THE FULL COVERAGE OF ANY STANDARD COMMERCIAL WARRANTY NORMALLY OFFERED IN A SIMILAR COMMERCIAL SALE, PROVIDED SUCH WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A ONE-YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL PARTS FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisiton: 52.212-01, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. Offerors MUST include with their offer a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-03, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items-Alt. I ; 52.212-04, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items with the following clauses incorporated by addendum: FAR 52.247-34, F.O.B.
