Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Maritime Surveillance Assoc., 287 Devonshire Lane, Orange Park, FL on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase a HSL Orion upgrade to the operational replay system. Maritime Surveillance Assoc. developed the original Orion package. These upgrades are to add unique features and tools in accordance with the HSL requirements. Maritime Surveillance Assoc. has the proprietary rights to the system. This system is used by project flight crews to verify successful mission criteria. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Maritime Surveillance Assoc. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
