Description

Engineering Services to provide independent analysis, evaluation, = and support for the ALQ-153 false alarm study conducted by Northrop = Grumman. This support will include independent reporting, advice and = recommendations to Northrop Grumman and the government with respect to = the feasibility, tradeoffs, and technical soundness of proposed = solutions. This support will involve both laboratory testing and = flight testing and will include an independent expert assessment of the = plans, technical accomplishements, techncial data, and conclusions = reached by Northrop Grumman with respect to the operational performance = of the ALQ-153 and resolution fo the false alarm problem (IAW Statement = of Work). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Justification: Supplies = (or Services) required are available from only one or limited number of = responsble source(s) and not other type of supplies or services will = satify agency reqiurements.
