Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Honeywell, Incorporated for maintenance and repair of the Honeywell DeltaNet Graphic Fire Alarm System at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, under the authority of FAR 6.302. The DeltaNet Graphic System includes a Delta 1000 Coprocessor System, FS90 Plus Fire Alarm Control Panels, FS90 Plus with Command Centers, FS90 Plus with Modems, software, and field devices. The performance period is 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, plus four (4) one-year option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This information will be considered only if there is clear and convincing evidence that the interested sources can meet the Government's requirement. All responses must be received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The date and time for receipt of the proposal will be included in the solicitation. See numbered Note 22.
