Description

The Environmental Protection Agency intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to the Consumer Energy Council of America (CECA), 2000 L Street, NW, Suite 802, Washington, DC 20036 to support an international collaborative on distributed energy, including renewable energy, combined heat and power, and fuel cells. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
