Description

This publication serves as a notice of intent to negotiate a firm-fixed price sole-source contract with Thermo Finnigan for the National Marine Fisheries Service, Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC). Purpose of proposed contract is to purchase specific equipment, Thermo Finnigan Delta Plus Mass Spectometer, Sulfer Conversion Kit, and a Conflo-III Interface System to support NWFSC's science project. This equipment is unique to Thermo Finnigan and is the only equipment available that meets all the specifications required for the scientific study. Thermo Finnigan is the exclusive manufacturer of these specific analytical laboratory instruments. This notice represents the only official notice of such solicitation. See Numbered Note 22.
