- The Government intends to enter into a sole source procurement for the Government of France with Regent Manufacturing, Inc. of Downey, CA. This procurement is for 1 each, Portable Crane and 1 each Crane Spares Kit. This is a 1500 LB. Crane, P/N 9319-010. The Spares Kit P/N is 9319-010 Kit. This is a Foreign Military Buy procurement. U.S. Government does not have the specifications/drawings/data associated with these items. The data is proprietary to Regent Manufacturing, Inc. See Note 22.
