- Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 3 each Tektronix TDS3054 500MHz, 4 channel digitizing oscilloscope, sample rate to 5GS/s, 9 bit verticle resolution, VGA color LCD, part #767TE054, 3 each TDS 3000 GPIB and RS232 interface TDS3VID, part #767TE059. All items must be brand name or equal. "See Note(s) 1" Response date to be determined at the time the RFQ is issued. RFQ will not appear on our web page until the 16th day after this notice appears in the Commerce Business Daily.
