Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. The U.S. District court of Miami is soliciting contractors to provide Intergrated Pest management Services. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, coordination, planning, scheduling, labor, transportation,materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary. The U.S. District Court , Southern of Florida is located, 300 NE First Ave, and 301 North Miami Ave, Miami FL in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). A site visit is scheduled for 12 June 2001 at 9:00am This solicitation provides for a base performance period and one option year. The base performance period will be from 1 July 2001 to 30 June 2002. The option period is subject to FAR clause 52.232-19, Availability of funds for the next Fiscal Year (APR 1984). Each contractor's employee assigned to work at the courthouse complex is subject to a NCIC and Local police records check prior to gaining access to the buildings. Upon request, each contractor must provide all requested personal data to enable the Government to perform background checks. Any employee receiving a unfavorable clearance will not be permitted access to the courthouse complex for the purposes of performing under this requirement. Telephone request for bid packages are acceptable. Interested parties have 12 days from the dated of this announcement to submit proposals.
