Description

Project consists of complete construction of a gatehouse building including demolition and removal of existing gatehouse, installation of septic system, connection of water and electric lines, and miscellaneous related work. Work will be performed on the Ocala National Forest, Alexander Springs Recreation Area, Lake County, FL. Project site is in a remote area approximately 40 miles east of Ocala, FL. Contract time is 75 calendar days. Contract award will be based on "Best Value" to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria: past performance, experience, and price listed in order of importance. This project is 100% set-aside for "emerging small business concerns" under the U.S. Small Business Administration Competitive Demonstration Program. The emerging small business size standard is $13.75 million and the NAIC Code is 233320. The Government's estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000.
