Correction: This action was originally publicized in the CBD on May 4, 2001. The following corrections are hereby made: Change JC-27-01 to IFB-01-DCS-27-JC. The plans and specifications availability date has been changed from May 31, 2001 to June 6, 2001. The Bid Opening Date (BOD) is changed from July 12, 2001 to July 19, 2001.
