- Jemez Complex -- Phase II The project consists of the reconstruction of Las Conchas Fishing Acess; completion of recreation improvements includes demolition and removal, construction of hardened trails and picnic unit construction including tables, grill, riprap and exposed aggregate concrete, fishing pad construction, reinforced concrete rock walls, boulder placement, streambank, stabilizations, topsoiling and seeding.
