Description

This project includes furnishing and installing one 8000 mm Glulam deck panel bridge, two 12000 mm Glulam deck panel bridges, two timber sills, road hazard signs and approach roadway. In addition work also involves designing, furnishing and construction of two concrete substructures with all concrete, rebar, anchorage system, and bridge attachment system. Work also includes excavation, clearing and grubbing, backfilling, compacting, constructing two drainage dips, endhaul, haul placing rock slope protection and rock excavation. The work site is located on Forest Development Road (FDR) 7576 off the Sitka, Alaska road system at Kilometer post 5.59 (3.5 MP). Sitka is a full service community in Southeast Alaska. Sitka is accessible by plane and ferry, the project is accessible by vehicle from the Sitka road system. Contract performance time will be 120 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000.
